Exchange window: Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kidsyclothing.com@gmail.com with your order ID, reason, and photographs or video of the issue. Eligible reasons: Size issue · Wrong item dispatched · Defective or damaged product · Significant colour mismatch. Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Repacking video required: You must record yourself packing the item before handing it to the courier and share the video via email. Requests without this video will not be processed.
Exchange shipping: A reverse pickup charge of ₹300 per product applies to all exchanges, borne by the customer.
